The American Lebanese Community Advisory Council was established in 2018. The organization operates as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity that bridges resources from the United States and Lebanon to address humanitarian, medical, educational and developmental needs in Lebanon
ALCAC has supported students of American and Lebanese descent in Arizona specifically, and in the US generally, in job placement, providing references, and some of the costs when needed
ALCAC has worked with the American Lebanese Medical Association on several medical missions in Lebanon to provide critical medical support in towns where it is desperately needed. We have also provided critical medications needed to the Lebanese Red Cross and other non-profit organizations
ALCAC aims to preserve Lebanese heritage within the diaspora and promote mutual understanding through public exhibits, lectures, and historical programs. Many organizations participate in year-long campaigns to highlight shared interests and historical ties between the US and Lebanon
We believe in the power of community. That's why we're working to support and strengthen communities independent of political affiliations or religious background
Join us in making a difference. Whether you want to donate, volunteer, or simply learn more, there are many ways to get involved and support our work.
